With a background in luxury marketing, over a decade of experience leading high-growth brands, and a body of work trusted by women at the top of their field, I support established entrepreneurs to refine how they sell, lead, and scale — without overcomplicating what already works.

Yes. The Era Retreat is exclusively for current clients inside The STANDARD Mastermind. This experience is designed to deepen the work already happening within the container — and is not available for separate purchase or one-off access.

What’s included?
Your retreat includes:

Is the vibe relaxed or structured?
Both. The schedule is intentionally spacious, with time to think, reset, and connect, without losing the sharpness of focused strategy. Each session is designed to be practical, potent, and clean, no overwhelm, no filler.
Will I be “working” the whole time?
No. This is not a business bootcamp.

Will I get 1:1 time with Rachel?
Yes. While much of the retreat is grounded in group strategy and conversation, there will be space for individual support, whether it’s a business question, offer refinement, or leadership recalibration. You’ll be seen and supported throughout.
