ABOUT THE EVENT
SSTS is a business event. And it isn't.
You've signed up to things that looked right on paper - the calibre of women, the promise of one conversation that changes how you see everything, the feeling of finally being in a room that gets it.
And you've left thinking: maybe I need to look abroad for my rooms.
Those women exist. The ones who push you and hold you without ego. They're just not showing up to an event that looks like every other event.
This is what SSTS is for.
It's a business event come luxury experience- without the air kissing. Conversations you'll look back on as the day you made that decision. No talk after talk. No standing up after lunch to shift the energy.
Everything is designed so that you leave having set a new standard in how you decide, how you see yourself, and how you move.

WHO THIS IS FOR
You're not here because you're trying to figure it out. You've figured it out. You're here because the market hasn't caught up with you yet and you're done waiting for it to.
You're the woman who:
Hears about opportunities, watches ideas you've been journalling on and knows she should have been the one creating them
Is referenced privately by people who would never publicly admit how much your work influences theirs
Has been underplaying, and under-promoting work that deserves a much bigger stage
Finds the industry's frameworks suffocating as someone who is leading a business that is as much about who you become first and then the money follows
Does not wait, yet there's that one niggling idea you've been sat on because it feels 'too big' to claim
You don't need conversations that convince you to think big. You don't understand why others don't, the opportunity is everywhere, you can see it clearly.
What you need is a room that reflects back the subtle ways you're holding yourself back. And shifts decisions while you're still in it.
That's this room.

This is the day where we shift the dimension. It's not about making better decisions. It's about deciding from a completely different frame - different conditions, different self-concept, different problems worth having.
One woman left the November event, doubled her prices, and signed £45k of new business within weeks. She didn't learn something new. She heard one thing that reordered everything she already knew.
That moment is different for every woman in the room. But it happens.
That moment you walk in and see the same person you saw at an event last week. Yeah, not the vibe. You're attending events to also expand your inner circle and not just women you take Linked in details for and never speak with again. Last year women left with new business partners, clients, collaboration opportunities. That's not a bonus. It's just what happens.
You won't be asked to tone down your ambition but you don't need to play a role to prove it. SSTS isn't about reaching a standard, it's owning your own. That attracts women who don't need to validate you, but will recommend you the moment an opportunity has your name written all over it.
THIS IS NOT A STANDARD EVENT. IT NEVER HAS BEEN.
Last year's She Sets the Standard had its own magazine.
Not a workbook. Not a printed agenda. A publication created specifically for the women in the room, with editorial photography, brand features, and content that sat on coffee tables for months after the event.
Women talked about the day for weeks. They photographed the affirmation cards. They kept the magazine. They referenced the room in conversations that had nothing to do with the event itself.
From the wax-sealed invitation to the card on your seat that said: I've been expecting you.
This year the theme is 'Decisions From a Different Dimension'. Most rooms ask you to think bigger. This one asks you to decide from there - from where you're going, not where you've been. Because the woman you're becoming doesn't make decisions the way you're making them now.
THE MORNING: PULL IT APART
There's a decision you already know is the one. The one that keeps coming up when someone asks what you're working on and you want to blurt it out — but the how keeps getting in the way. It feels big. It feels like it's putting you on the line. It's the one where you think "I could be the person who does this" and by not bringing it forward, you don't risk being wrong.
That one.
This is where we change the conditions of how you think. You'll hear from women who made bold decisions about who they're being and how that made the next move simply who they are, even when it felt daunting. You'll end the morning with a new level of self-trust and clarity about what you've been circling.
THE AFTERNOON: BUILD IT FORWARD
The afternoon is where decisions actually happen — not get planned, not get noted down.
We start with what most rooms skip: feeling safe when you disrupt and face failure. Because you will not realise your vision while you're still holding onto what has worked.
Then a live mastermind session using divergent thinking — your ideas stretched, your assumptions challenged, the women in the room telling you what they see that you can't.
Then we bring it into the body. You can think your way to a decision. Holding it through the action happens at a nervous system level. We do that work too.
And then you take one step toward the decision you've been sitting on.
In the room. That day. It happens.

RACHEL PEARSON -FOUNDER
I spent 15 years building category-defining luxury brands for companies like De Beers, L'Oréal, and St Paul's Cathedral before I turned that lens on the coaching and service industry and saw exactly why so many extraordinary women are being commercially undervalued.
The frameworks don't fit them. The messaging advice was built for someone earlier in their journey. And the rooms they've been in haven't reflected what they're actually capable of.
I've since been featured in The Telegraph alongside the Head of HSBC Digital Wealth. I advise brands. I coach women to multiple 6 and 7+ figures. My work sits at the intersection of luxury brand strategy and commercial recalibration and it doesn't look like anything else in this space.
She Sets the Standard exists because the room I'm describing didn't exist. So I built it.

Rachel is so approachable and I never felt like I was just a number which is really important to me. I'll definitely be at the next!"

Rachel has spent over a decade in luxury marketing, leading the global launch of a private airline during the pandemic and shaping strategy for household names through to disruptive start-ups.
